PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a man suffered only non-life threatening injuries when a flatbed truck’s load of corrugated metal went through the windshield of his SUV.

State Trooper Kameron Lee says he didn’t have information on circumstances of the wreck that occurred on southbound Interstate 17 in Phoenix during the Thursday morning commute.

News video showed responders helping the man step gingerly from his vehicle to a nearby gurney next to an ambulance parked adjacent to the median barrier.
