NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Jurors have been picked for the first trial stemming from a carjacking at an upscale New Jersey mall that left an attorney dead.

Authorities say 36-year-old Basim Henry, of South Orange, was one of four men who carjacked and fatally shot Dustin Friedland at The Mall at Short Hills in Millburn in 2013. The 30-year-old from Hoboken was returning to his Range Rover in the mall parking garage with his wife, who was unharmed.

Henry was arrested in Pennsylvania shortly after the shooting. He and three other suspects have pleaded not guilty.

Opening arguments in Henry’s trial are set to begin March 14 in Newark.
