BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A new April trial date has been set for a former star of the reality television show “Sons of Guns” who is accused of multiple counts of aggravated rape.

Will Hayden, of Greenwell Springs, appeared before state District Judge Mike Erwin last week. WAFB-TV (https://bit.ly/2lIJiou ) reports Hayden pleaded not guilty Friday to all charges filed against him in East Baton Rouge and Livingston parishes.

The trial for East Baton Rouge Parish charges - two counts of aggravated rape - is scheduled to begin April 3.

The trial date for the Livingston Parish charges - aggravated rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile - has not been set.

The Discovery Channel canceled the “Sons of Guns” series after Hayden was first arrested and charged with aggravated rape of a 12-year-old.
