NEW YORK (AP) - Authorities say one person is dead after a fire breaks out at a home on Staten Island.
The New York City fire department says the blaze was reported around 4 a.m. Monday in a two-story home on Driggs Street. The department says one person has died and a firefighter has suffered minor injuries.
Officials say crews are still trying to get the fire under control.
No other details have been released.
