BETHEL PARK, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania woman who is accused of sexually assaulting a mentally impaired man will face trial.
A judge ordered 54-year-old Lisa Kelly of Mt. Lebanon held for trial during a preliminary hearing in Bethel Park on Thursday. Kelly is charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and criminal use of a communications facility.
Authorities say Kelly met the 24-year-old when she worked as a job coach at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit LifeHouse.
Authorities say the man does not have the capacity to make informed decisions.
It is not known if Kelly has a lawyer.
