Girl, 8, wounded when shots fired into home

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - Police say an 8-year-old was wounded when someone opened fire on a home in Wilkes-Barre.

The shots rang out on West Division Street around 11:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Police say the girl was taken for medical treatment. Her condition is not known.
