UNION, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey man been accused of threatening his neighbors and using racial slurs after they complained about where he parked.
Police say 59-year-old Glenn Miller, of Union, parked his truck on a portion of his neighbors’ sidewalk in front of their house on March 3. Investigators say Miller threatened the couple and directed slurs at them when he was confronted. A traffic summons was issued after the couple called the police.
Investigators say Miller parked on his neighbor’s sidewalk again on March 7 and used derogatory terms after being confronted. Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Miller is charged with bias intimidation, making terroristic threats and harassment.
He’s held in jail and it’s not known if he has a lawyer.
