HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - Police have arrested a Henderson middle school teacher accused of inappropriate behavior with students.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports (https://bit.ly/2nMTeC5 ) that police on Tuesday arrested the teacher on three misdemeanor counts of annoyance, molestation and indecency toward a minor younger than 18.

Police say three female students enrolled in the man’s science class say that their teacher asked them to stay after class and then engaged with inappropriate discussions with them, making them feel uncomfortable.

District officials say the teacher has been with the Clark County School District since August 2007, and has been assigned to work at home.
