DENVER (AP) - A man who says he could not remember his name after he was hit by a vehicle near downtown Denver has been reunited with his family.

Police say the man was hit at a busy intersection Thursday night and was treated at a hospital for minor injuries.

Police spokesman Sonny Jackson tells The Denver Post (https://goo.gl/58C6ZW ) the driver fled the scene, and investigators have only vague information about the vehicle that hit the man. Jackson could not say for sure that the crash triggered the man’s memory loss.

The man was reunited with his family Tuesday.
