MERCER, Pa. (AP) - Interstate 80’s westbound lanes have reopened following a crash in western Pennsylvania, a few miles from the Ohio border.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has not released details on the crash. PennDOT initially said the lanes might be closed until 3 p.m. Thursday, but says crews were able to reopen them before 10 a.m.

The lanes were closed between Exit 15, the Route 19 exit at Mercer to Exit 4A, which leads to Route 760 near Sharon.

It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved or what caused the crash.
