DALTON, Pa. (AP) - A 74-year-old woman has been found dead after a house fire in northeastern Pennsylvania.

The Lackawanna County coroner did not immediately rule on the cause of death of Kathryn Potts, of Dalton.

Her body was found in a lower-level apartment of her home in that borough about 10 miles north of Scranton. Police say they discovered the house on fire when they responded to a hang-up 911 call Thursday, just after midnight.

The cause of the fire wasn’t immediately clear.

Officials say Potts had mobility issues.
