New Jersey’s oldest St. Patrick’s parade postponed

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey’s oldest St. Patrick’s Parade is postponed because of the weather.

Organizers of the 82nd Newark St. Patrick’s Day Parade say snow and ice from Tuesday’s winter storm pose a risk to the safety of participants and spectators.

Instead of Friday, the parade will take place on March 24.
