PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Officials are investigating what caused a fire in a north Philadelphia utility substation.
It took until Thursday morning before PECO crews were able to restore service to all of the more than 35,000 customers who lost service electricity when the fire broke out before 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
No injuries were reported.
