PITTSBURGH (AP) - Authorities have arrested a man wanted for nine months in the shooting death of a man in Pittsburgh’s Crafton Heights section.
Officials said Wednesday that 34-year-old Julius Stackhouse was taken into custody without incident by city police and a federal marshals fugitive task force.
Stackhouse faces homicide and conspiracy charges along with a firearms offense in the death of 25-year-old Domanek Cabbagestalk, who died several days after he was found shot on a front porch on Aug. 31. Court documents don’t list an attorney who could respond to the charges.
Officials said 21-year-old Dymond Locke surrendered in January to face charges of soliciting homicide and conspiracy, but court documents indicate that prosecutors dropped those charges last month.
