MONTVILLE, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a woman has been charged with driving while intoxicated after they say she struck and killed a man riding a motorbike in New Jersey.
State police said that 42-year-old Michelle Perez, of Clinton, was charged after the accident Friday night on Route 80 in Montville.
Police say that 32-year-old Ismail Iqbal was riding a Suzuki motorbike when he was struck and thrown from the bike.
He was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
It wasn’t immediately known if Perez had an attorney.
