GRESHAM, Ore. (AP) - Gresham police arrested four young people after the discovery of a dead body outside an elementary school.

The department says officers responded to a report of a gunshot late Monday and found the body of a 24-year-old man inside a vehicle in the parking lot.

Police have identified the deceased man as Alexander Brodigan of Gresham. Police say an autopsy shows he was murdered, killed by a gunshot wound to the head.

Those arrested Tuesday include 21-year-old Andrew McMahon of Gresham, 20-year-old Austin Brown of Portland, a 17-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl. They face charges of murder and robbery.

North Gresham Elementary School canceled classes Tuesday because of the investigation.
