SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. (AP) - The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the homicide victim found in a parking lot in Sun Prairie.
The medical examiner says 33-year-old Thomas Lee Leonard, of Marshall, was fatally shot early Sunday morning. Police are questioning a 34-year-old Cottage Grove man, who is being held on a firearms possession charge.
