3 pedestrians struck by out-of-control driver in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Authorities say three pedestrians were seriously injured when a driver lost control of her car in Milwaukee and struck them.

Police say the 35-year-old Milwaukee woman accelerated around a vehicle and was attempted to beat a traffic light when she lost control of the car, struck the three and then a building.

Three men, ages 34, 37 and 59, were taken to the hospital. The driver was also transported.
