Vegas police officer lands in hospital after traffic stop

LAS VEGAS (AP) - Las Vegas police say an officer was hospitalized after a driver rear-ended her car during a traffic stop.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports (https://bit.ly/2sfkh8u) the officer pulled the car over early Thursday morning. Lt. Eric Calhoun says the driver rear-ended the officer’s car while she was inside using her computer.

The driver was arrested after the incident. The officer suffered minor injuries.
