WATERVILLE VALLEY, N.H. (AP) - The Waterville Valley Resort says it has secured funding to start work on the second phase of its $7.5 million capital improvements plan, which includes completion of its trail expansion project.
The work will include additional trail clearing and installation of a new snowmaking system; multiple lift enhancements; base lodge renovations; a new beginner areas experience; and Nordic trail system improvements.
When completed, the Green Peak Expansion project will add 10 new trails over 45 acres for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.
