PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Portland police say a 17-year-old boy has life-threatening injuries after being shot repeatedly.
Authorities say the shooting was reported at an apartment complex on Southeast Powell Boulevard Sunday afternoon.
The victim was being treated at a Portland hospital.
Gang investigators are handling the case. They’re asking anyone with information, including info gleaned from social media, to contact them.
