IUPUI adds Matt Bringman to basketball coaching staff

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - IUPUI basketball coach Jason Gardner has added Matt Bringman to his coaching staff.

Bringman replaces Scott Gillespie, who left in May for another job.

Bringman has coached previously at South Plains College in Texas, Polk State in Florida and Pikeville University in Kentucky. Bringman played at Palm Beach Atlantic in Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 2008. He received a master’s degree from Pikeville in 2014.
