WASHOUGAL, Wash. (AP) - A commercial fire near the Port of Camus-Washougal in southwestern Washington state that sent up plumes of black smoke has been extinguished.

The Camas-Washougal Fire Department tells KING-TV (https://kng5.tv/2uLrGh7) that the fire at Advanced Drainage Systems started at about 8 p.m. Friday and was out by 9 p.m.

Officials say the fire burned plastic drain and irrigation pipes at the facility just across the Columbia River from Oregon.



There were no reported injuries, and damage estimates weren’t available.
