BALTIMORE (AP) - An unseasonably strong storm system is bringing heavy rain and the threat of severe flooding to the Baltimore area.
The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for the city of Baltimore and Baltimore County until 10:30 p.m. Friday. It said in a bulletin just after 6:30 p.m. that up to 3 inches of rain have already fallen, and flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
