INDIANOLA, Neb. (AP) - A second person has died after a crash in southwest Nebraska earlier this month.

The Nebraska State Patrol said Sunday that 19-year-old Holly Myers of Horace, Kansas, died Saturday from injuries sustained during a July 9 crash.

The crash happened about 3 miles (5 kilometers) northeast of Indianola in Red Willow County on July 9. A pickup truck careened off a gravel road and rolled into a ditch.

The driver of the truck, 23-year-old Aaron Jones died at the crash site. He was from Cambridge.

The State Patrol says alcohol was likely a factor in the crash and neither Jones nor Myers were wearing seat belts.
