GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - The University of Great Falls has rebranded itself as the University of Providence, which means the school’s colors and logo have changed.
The university’s colors are now navy blue and green instead of sky blue and yellow.
The Great Falls Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/2tbB53Z ) university staff worked Thursday evening to replace the signs and advertisements around town to reflect the university’s new logo and colors.
The university’s nickname, Argonauts, remains the same.
The changes are part of the university’s partnership with Providence St. Joseph Health. Officials say the partnership will help build the university’s School of Health Professions. UP will also expand on registered nurse to bachelor of science in nursing degree programs and a new master’s degree program in infection prevention and epidemiology.
