CHESTER HILL, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania State Police fire marshal has ruled an early-morning fire as arson.
Police say a neighbor leaving for work first reported the fire at a Chester Hill home at 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
The homeowner was not at the scene when firefighters arrived, forcing their way into the home. Police say the fire was burning on the first and second floor.
The fire marshal has determined the fire was set intentionally. Anyone with information is asked to contact the fire marshal.
