Duluth mayor will present State of the City address

DULUTH, Ga. (AP) - Mayor Nancy Harris will deliver the city’s annual ’State of the City’ address on Jan. 23.

Attendance to the 7 p.m. event at the Red Clay Music Foundry is free, but seats should be reserved at www.tinyurl.com/DuluthSOC .

The doors will open at 6 p.m. and Harris’ speech will take the place of the regularly scheduled city council work session.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (https://on-ajc.com/2j5RzRO ) reports Harris is expected to discuss the accomplishments of the past year, including updates on downtown development, as well as upcoming future projects.
