HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (AP) - Three people suffered injuries in a four-car crash that occurred during a police chase in Hollywood.

Hollywood police spokeswoman Miranda Grossman tells news outlets the incident began around 2 p.m. Wednesday when detectives conducting an undercover drug investigation tried to stop a vehicle.

She says the car went onto Interstate 95 for a brief time, before exiting the highway and driving through a stop sign. It crashed into three vehicles.
