TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Officials say vandals did about $40,000 in damage after breaking into a Tallahassee elementary school.

The Tallahassee Democrat (https://goo.gl/XPPxSz) reports that the break-in occurred this past weekend at Riley Elementary School.

A Leon County Schools news release says two wings of the school, including several classrooms, were vandalized. The suspects broke windows and damaged classroom equipment, including a television. Maintenance crews cleaned up and repaired the damage in time for students to return from their winter break Wednesday.

Leon County Sheriff’s Office officials say multiple suspects are being investigated, but no arrests have been made.
