PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities are responding to a report of possible hazardous materials at a fertilizer business on the far western outskirts of the Phoenix metro area.
Phoenix Fire Department Capt. Reda Bigler says crews are entering a Fertizona location to check a report of the odor of ammonia.
Dozens of fire units have responded to the location near the intersection of West Baseline Road and State Route 85, and authorities say Baseline Road and northbound State Route 85 are closed at the location.
