SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) - A Holland, Massachusetts woman charged in a crash that killed two young brothers is scheduled to go to trial in April.

Authorities say 24-year-old Suzanne Hardy tried to pass a stopped landscaping truck in June 2014, but clipped a guardrail and spun out of control.

Prosecutors say she crashed into an SUV and was then hit head-on by another car. Four-year-old Dylan Riel and 1-year-old Jayce Garcia were killed. Another 4-year-old survived.

Prosecutors say Hardy, who was Dylan’s aunt, was texting at the time of the crash.

Hardy has pleaded not guilty to charges including manslaughter and motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation.
