OLD FORGE, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a 40-year-old upstate New York man has died in a snowmobile accident in the Adirondacks.
The Post-Star of Glens Falls (https://bit.ly/2kAtp2s ) reports that officials in Herkimer County say Ian Dilley of Hudson Falls in Washington County was snowmobiling on a trail in the village of Old Forge late Tuesday night when he crashed and hit a tree.
Dilley was pronounced dead at the scene by the Herkimer County Coroner’s Office.
The town of Webb Police Department is investigating the accident.
