HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - Hot Springs police say a suspect has been arrested in the shooting death of a man in a parking lot outside a movie theater.
Police say in a news release that 20-year-old Dylan Carpenter surrendered Tuesday at the police department after being charged with second-degree murder, committing a terroristic act and first-degree battery.
Jail records show Carpenter is being held without bond and court records do not list an attorney to speak for him.
Police say Carpenter is suspected in the Jan. 15 shooting death of 20-year-old Quadryon Gipson and the wounding of another man in the parking lot at Behind the Mall Cinema in Hot Springs.
