CHESTER, Pa. (AP) - Police say a robbery at a McDonald’s in the Philadelphia suburbs led to a police chase, crash and then the arrest of four suspects on Interstate 95.
The crash shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday ended the police chase and shut down all lanes of the highway near Highland Avenue in Chester for about an hour.
Police haven’t named those arrested or said whether all are being charged in the robbery, but Delaware County authorities say a cash register from the business was found in the car that crashed.
Police haven’t detailed the crash or said whether anyone was hurt.
