LIVERMORE, Maine (AP) - The Maine Medical Examiner’s Office will try to determine if a man suffered a medical issue before dying following a car crash in Livermore Falls.

State police say 41-year-old Shawn Berry, a passenger, started having an apparent medical issue early Sunday. The driver, 27-year-old Brady Romano, pulled over on Route 4 and was rear-ended.

Authorities say Berry became unresponsive after the crash. The other driver and another person performed CPR, but Berry died.
