President-elect Donald Trump is giddy about the legislative steps that are being taken to scrap Obamacare.
“The ’Unaffordable’ Care Act will soon be history!” Mr. Trump said on Twitter Friday morning.
The Senate took the first concrete step in that direction this week when it passed a budget that clears the way for a speedy repeal, beating back attempts to derail the efforts.
The House is now poised to take up the repeal — though some Republicans have aired their concerns that the party has not settled on a clear replacement plan, which could jeopardize the health care coverage of millions of Americans.
