VALLIANT, Okla. (AP) - An early morning crash in far southeast Oklahoma has left a Valliant man dead and another hospitalized.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash happened about 3:20 a.m. Sunday when a pickup truck ran off State Highway 98 and overturned, ejecting both men from the vehicle.

The patrol says the passenger, 23-year-old Carlo Gregory Wilson of Valliant, died at the scene. The driver, 28-year-old Dustie Lynn Vaughn, was taken to a hospital in serious condition.



The patrol reports neither man was wearing a seat belt. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
