GLEN ALLEN, Va. (AP) - The Henrico County fire department has identified two people killed in a fire in their Glen Allen home.

Officials tell The Richmond Times-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/2imLfbx ) that 76-year-old John C. Lane and his wife, 60-year-old Janet M. Hall-Lane, died in Saturday morning’s fire.

Authorities say Lane’s 50-year-old son and 12-year-old grandson jumped from the second floor of the home. They are being treated at hospital for injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Hall-Lane was assistant principal at Bellevue Elementary, according to the school’s website. The Times-Dispatch says the website of the former Mosby Middle School in Richmond lists Lane was having been principal in 1984 and 1985.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
