GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - Greenville County authorities say the body of a badly burned adult has been found after firefighters put out a blaze in a camper.
Deputies said in a news release that firefighters called authorities after finding the body inside the home north of Greer around 5 a.m. Monday.
The remains have been sent for an autopsy to identify the body and determine the cause of death.
Deputies say the fire caused extensive damage and it may take extra time to determine the cause of the fire and find additional evidence.
