GEORGIA, Vt. (AP) - Vermont State Police are investigating a crash in which a motorist died when his car went off Interstate 89 and rolled several times in the town of Georgia.

Troopers say 35-year-old Adam Desrochers of Stanton was thrown from his car during the crash.

Troopers say his car flipped over a guardrail before tumbling over several times late Saturday afternoon. Desrochers was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers say speed played a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation. They say Desrochers wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.
