ITHICA, N.Y. (AP) - The Yale-Cornell basketball game has been suspended until Sunday due to a power outage in Ithica.

The game will resume Sunday at noon EDT with Yale leading Cornell 2-0 with 18:27 left in the first half.

The game was originally scheduled for Saturday at 6:00 p.m., but shortly before tip a power outage occurred across the Cornell campus that also affected much of Ithica. After a near two-hour delay the game began, but the power shut off again soon after.

Yale entered on a three-game win streak and 4-1 in Ivy League play, one game behind undefeated Princeton. The Big Red are coming off a Friday night loss to Brown and are looking to avoid their first back-to-back losses since Jan. 2.

Cornell is 2-3 in conference play, three full games behind Princeton.
