Sentinel newspaper names Brian Cox managing editor

LEWISTOWN, Pa. (AP) - Brian Cox has been promoted to the position of managing editor at The Sentinel in Lewistown.

Cox began working at the newspaper in 2008 as a sports reporter, and went on to serve as news editor, city editor and most recently as assistant managing editor.

Publisher Ruth Eddy announced the appointment.

Cox is a 2007 graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Mattawana.
