DEVILLE, La. (AP) - Four teenagers have been accused of burglarizing an Alexandria-area high school last month.

The Rapides Parish Sheriff Office said in a news release that someone stole numerous items and damaged school property after breaking into Buckeye High School in Deville. The break-in was reported on Jan. 3.

Following an investigation, police say 18-year-old Austin George, 19-year-old Keith Moss and two 17-year-olds were arrested Tuesday. Each is charged with one count of simple burglary and one count of criminal damage to property. The Associated Press does not generally identify juveniles charged with crimes.

It is unclear whether the suspects have attorneys.
