MELBOURNE, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say a pedestrian was struck and killed by a train in central Florida.

Florida Today (https://goo.gl/CKF9jV ) reports that downtown Melbourne traffic was snarled for about two hours Friday morning as police investigated.

Police weren’t immediately naming the victim or what led to the fatal collision.
