CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Authorities in the Charleston area have been working to recover a body from the city’s harbor.
Charleston County Sheriff’s Maj. Eric Watson tells multiple media outlets that the Mount Pleasant Police Department summoned deputies for their help before 3 p.m. on Monday.
Watson did not have an update on if a body had been recovered. Police have confirmed the operation but haven’t released further information.
