MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) - Top officials with the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets are holding three more meetings with the public to hear thoughts on the future of farming in Vermont.
Farmers and residents who are interested in agriculture are invited to attend and share their ideas.
Secretary Anson Tebbetts and Deputy Secretary Alyson Eastman will travel to Middlebury for a meeting on Feb. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Middlebury Parks & Recreation gym.
Another meeting is planned in St. Albans on March 2 at City Hall auditorium from 10 a.m. to noon.
The Agency of Agriculture has added an evening meeting which takes place March 15 in the Pavilion auditorium in Montpelier from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
