ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Police have released the name of a man who was fatally shot in Albany over the weekend.
Investigators say they found a 25-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his torso after responding to a call early Sunday. Police say the victim received medical care at the scene and was taken to Albany Medical Center where he died.
Officials on Monday identified the victim as Alonzo Garaycochea of Albany.
Police are investigating.
