PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police have arrested one suspect and are looking for three others involved in an abduction and chase in Philadelphia.
Undercover officers received a tip that a woman was being targeted at a shopping center around 8 p.m. Tuesday. The officers saw a woman being forced into the backseat of her own car by two men who drove off and were followed by an SUV.
Police say the driver of the woman’s vehicle lost control and fled on foot with an accomplice. The drivers of the SUV drove away. One suspect was caught.
The woman was not harmed.
