LADSON, S.C. (AP) - Authorities in South Carolina have identified a woman who died in a house fire earlier this week.
The Charleston County Coroner’s Office said 84-year-old Daw Ma died in the fire at the house in Ladson Tuesday afternoon.
Firefighters found Ma’s body on the back porch of the home, where investigators think the fire started. Sheriff’s deputies and the State Law Enforcement Division are investigating the cause of the blaze.
